How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Thank you for your order. Once it has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email shortly.

If you do not receive it within a reasonable time, please contact us at maisondeher.enquiry@gmail.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as our fulfilment process begins immediately.

If you wish to make an amendment, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at maisondeher.enquiry@gmail.com, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not currently operate a standalone boutique.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal debit or credit cards.

I was charged incorrectly. What should I do?

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please write to us at maisondeher.enquiry@gmail.com, and we will review and process any necessary amendments or refunds promptly.
