Maison de Her offers a flat delivery rate of $10 for all doorstep deliveries within Australia.

Orders valued above $90 qualify for complimentary shipping.

Local delivery generally arrives within 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to follow your parcel’s progress.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please email us or send a message on Instagram. We will assist you with a secure payment link.

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or delays. Maison de Her is not responsible for these charges or any related delays once the parcel has left our care.

Order Amendments

Each order is prepared with care to ensure timely dispatch. For this reason, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been confirmed.

Should you wish to make an amendment, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Address Changes

We kindly ask that all shipping details be reviewed carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours so we may correct it prior to dispatch.

Maison de Her cannot accept responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate addresses provided at checkout.

Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned to our warehouse due to delivery complications, you will be responsible for additional delivery fees should you wish to have it re-sent.

If you prefer not to have the parcel re-shipped, we will issue a refund excluding the original delivery fee.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns unless an item is incorrect or faulty.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Missing Items

We will ensure the correct items are dispatched to you promptly, at no additional cost.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 1–2 business days at maisondeher.enquiry@gmail.com.

Once reviewed and approved, you may return the item by post. All faulty items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

Due to hygiene considerations, we do not offer exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.
